Formula is an AI-powered form creation platform that enables users to create, customize, and collect responses through intelligent forms with conversation mode, AI assistance, and multiple embedding options for surveys, feedback, educational purposes, sales leads, and research. The platform includes interactive demos and live form experiences directly integrated into our website.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of Formula, you must create an account using Google or Discord authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscribers. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

5. User Content and Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Formula, including forms, questions, and collected responses. Formula does not claim ownership of your content.

You grant Formula a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service, including AI-powered form generation and analytics.

6. Live Demo and Interactive Content

Our website includes live, interactive form demos that showcase the platform's capabilities. These demos use actual form functionality and may collect sample responses for demonstration purposes only.

Any information entered into demo forms is used solely for demonstration and is not stored permanently. Demo responses may be cleared periodically and should not be used for collecting real data.

7. AI-Generated Content

Formula uses artificial intelligence to help generate form questions and content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfect or suitable for your specific needs.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing your forms. Formula is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

You agree not to use Formula to:

• Create forms that collect illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Spam or harass individuals
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any commercial purposes not intended by the platform

9. Account Termination and Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, all of your data, including forms, responses, and personal information, will be immediately and permanently deleted from our systems.

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given an opportunity to export your data before deletion, where legally permissible.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Formula. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance when possible.

Formula and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Formula and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of Formula without our written permission.

13. Disclaimers

Formula is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formula shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the service.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of Formula after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Formula operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
